We will check the nature of the emergency and take an X-ray of the affected site. If necessary, a prescription will be issued. It is sometimes possible to get an appointment on the same day to treat the problem.

We recommend that you consult a dentist if you have:

• Severe toothache or bleeding;
• A fractured or broken tooth;
• An abscess or inflammation;
• Fallen composite or crown;
• Object stuck between the teeth;
• Sensitivity to cold, hot or pressure;
• A bad taste in the mouth;
• Fever;
• A white or greenish liquid in the mouth;
• Pain or pressure;
• A lump on your gum, tongue, throat or cheeks.

"I have had a severe toothache for the last 2 weeks and decided to make an emergency appointment here. I was impressed to have called them at 4:30 pm and they immediately scheduled a consultation at 5:00 pm for me. After the emergency consultation, I was rescheduled for one treatment for another and prescribed to relieve the pain. However, the next day the toothache became much worse and I sent an email to request an earlier treatment date, the receptionist, Amy, called me the next day and let me know that my treatment date was moved 1 day earlier, I was super happy and thanks to Amy.
